About

Canadian Born & London based -Lindsay has been working on a Freelance basis since moving to the UK in 2006, Her work has primarily been in Costume Design and Supervising within Theatre or Film; however she has a wide range of experience working within many other Costume roles, as well as numerous other positions in different industries - such as Live Television, Wine Events, Hospitality, Retail and Sales.

She works across most platforms - Theatre, Film, Television, Advertising, Opera and Dance - although much of her career to date has revolved around collaborating with Director Michael Friend, from Michael Friend Productions as well as Assisting fellow Designer Giulia Scrimieri.  More recently she worked as a Costume Supervisor on the ‘Barbarinas’ Feature Film to Tina Kalivas (where she spent a lot of time breaking down boilersuits)!  She also had the chance to Supervise for Stefania Tarantino on her short film ‘Home for Aged Travelers’ with Stefania Tarantino as well.

Her last Design was a Showcase of ’Let me Show you’ at the Exeter Phoenix with Director Lavinia Hollands (Where she had a lot of fun playing with waste and recycling)!  Some of her previous Theatre work has left her with great reviews – a few of which can be found via links on her CV page.

Please feel free to browse examples of her work via the links on the top bar, and get in touch if you think she may be able to help in any way - as she is always looking for new people to collaborate with and projects to work on.
